The aging process consists of channeling the rejection of surplus organic matter in the cooling circuit of a Thermal Power Plant, for 24 hours a day, and driving it through underwater pipes to the pieces, which lie on the bottom of the sea in a private dock. This filtering system speeds up the aging of each piece, making them unique and worthy of collectors.

The main characteristic is that aging is not chemical, but 100% natural, and has important historical-cultural connotations. It is also sustainable, by favoring the marine ecosystem, since the process used is a regenerative resource for zooplankton, and the natural and ecological order of marine life is not affected at any time, since we start from organic materials.
